Performance wise the knife came really sharp out of the box. The styling of the knife goes well with my kitchen. It helps me perform better in the kitchen, thin slices are a lot easier to achieve. One particular feature I like about the knife is the length, 8inches is good enough to perform cuts that I couldn’t achieve with a smaller knife.
